4) Once production is completed, it will be inspected and shipped.

5) If there are some defect items, please notify us within 14 days and we will refund or repair them.

Some customization is also possible in the pattern.

To create a fully custom pattern, you will need to attach the tech pack or send us a reference garment.

You can use any of the fabrics listed on our website if you like them.
If you can’t find what you want, we can source the fabric you want.

If you would like to touch it in person, we can send you some fabric swatches if you pay the shipping fee.

Based on your questionnaire responses, we will issue sample quotation and produce samples upon payment completion.
If you are not satisfied with the sample, bulk production can proceed resampling or immediately with the modifications reflected.
The cost of resampling can be less than the cost of initial sampling.

Sample production includes pattern development costs, grading costs, and various mold costs, so the unit price may be more expensive than bulk production.

We provide 3D sampling service.
If corrections are needed after physical sampling is completed, you can check them in advance through 3D sampling.

If you would like to check the clothes through 3D sampling before actual sampling, 3D sampling will be performed by simply paying the pattern development fee.

It can greatly save sampling cost and time.

After production, our professional inspection team inspects the product for defects and then ships the items.

For defective products not discovered during the inspection process, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product and we will issue a refund or repair.
